Boot Camp is a six week program designed to help individuals lose weight, lose inches, trim fat, and build muscle mass. In this six week program you will also learn the importance of nutrition.
The price is only $119 for the entire 6-week program and includes a Longview Fitness T-shirt.
Boot Camp Schedule:
Session September 7th - October 15th
Morning classes only this session.
Mon-Fri 5:30a-6:30a
Monday, Sept 6th is Labor Day so we will start on a Tuesday this session.
October 25th - November 17th
Morning Classes Mon-Fri 530-6:30
Evening Classes Mon, Tue, Thur 6-730
No boot camp the week of Thanksgiving-Nov 22-26
Locations: Lear Park, LOBO Football Field, Hampton Inn (locations may vary due to weather conditions)
